Refund Policy
Our commitment to you: We want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase from Evtoan Technologies. This policy explains clearly when you are eligible for a refund, how to request one, and what to expect. If something isn't right, contact us first β we'll always try to help.
1. Digital Product Purchases
Because digital products are delivered instantly and can be accessed immediately after purchase, our refund policy for individual product purchases reflects the nature of digital goods.
- β The product was purchased within the last 7 days and has not been downloaded
- β The product is materially different from its description or preview images
- β The product files are corrupt, incomplete, or undeliverable and we are unable to resolve the issue
- β You were charged twice for the same product due to a system error
- β The product has been downloaded to your device
- β You changed your mind after downloading the product
- β The product does not meet a specific need that was not described in the product listing
- β You lack the technical skills to use the product as described
- β The purchase was made more than 7 days ago
- β The product was purchased under a subscription plan (subscription refunds are handled separately)
Product Compatibility
Product listings include compatibility requirements (e.g. "Requires PHP 8.x", "Built with Laravel 11"). It is your responsibility to verify that a product meets your technical environment before purchasing. Incompatibility with your specific setup is not grounds for a refund unless the compatibility claim in the listing is factually incorrect.
2. Subscription Plans
We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee on all new subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied with your subscription within the first 7 days of your initial payment, contact us and we will issue a full refund β no questions asked.
- β’ The 7-day guarantee applies only to the first payment of a new subscription
- β’ Renewal payments are not eligible for refunds, though you may cancel future renewals at any time
- β’ If you have downloaded more than 10 products during the guarantee period, we reserve the right to decline a refund request
- β’ Upgrading from one subscription plan to another resets your billing cycle but does not restart the 7-day guarantee
Cancellation vs Refund
Cancelling your subscription and requesting a refund are different actions. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period and no future charges are made. A refund request asks us to return money already charged. Cancellations can be made at any time from your account dashboard with no refund for the current period.
3. Agency & Custom Development Services
Custom development projects involve the time, expertise, and resources of our team. Our refund policy for agency services reflects this.
Deposits
A 50% deposit is required to commence any project. This deposit covers initial planning, architecture design, resource allocation, and early development work. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
If you cancel a project before any work has begun β specifically before the project kickoff meeting or discovery session β we will refund the deposit in full.
Milestone Payments
For projects structured with milestone-based payments, payments made for completed and approved milestones are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied with a milestone delivery, you should raise concerns before approving that milestone, as approval constitutes acceptance of the deliverables.
Final Payment
The final project payment is due upon delivery of all agreed deliverables. If the final delivery materially fails to meet the agreed specification, you may raise a dispute before making the final payment. Disputes must be raised in writing within 14 days of delivery.
Post-Delivery Support
All projects include 6 months of free bug fixes after final delivery. Issues discovered and reported within this period will be corrected at no charge. This support covers bugs in the delivered code, not new feature requests or changes to the agreed scope.
4. Service Order Payments (via Configurator)
Payments made through our online service configurator follow the same principles as agency services:
- Payments are non-refundable once the project enters the "In Progress" status
- If we are unable to deliver the service as described, a full refund will be issued
- If you cancel before work begins (while the order is still in "Pending" status), a full refund is available
- Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion for partially completed projects where cancellation is agreed mutually

6. Disputes & Chargebacks
We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication, and we will always work with you in good faith.
Initiating an unjustified chargeback may result in the suspension of your account and the reversal of any active licenses or subscriptions. If you have a legitimate concern, we will resolve it β please give us the chance to do so.
7. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that exceptional circumstances arise. If you have a situation not covered by this policy, please contact us at hello@evtoan.com and explain your circumstances. We will review each case individually and always aim to reach a fair resolution.
This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction.
