1. Digital templates (downloads)
Templates are digital goods. Once a template is downloaded or access is provided, refunds are generally not available, except where required by law or under the conditions listed below.
2. When a refund may be granted
We may approve a refund if:
- You were charged twice for the same order.
- The download is materially defective and we cannot fix the issue within a reasonable time.
- The product was misrepresented in a way that materially affects its usability.
3. When refunds are not granted
- You changed your mind after purchase (for digital downloads already accessed).
- Your environment, hosting, or third-party plugins cause conflicts outside the template’s scope.
- You lack the skills to use the template and did not request paid setup/support.
- You violated the license terms, redistributed files, or attempted to resell the template.
4. Services & add-ons
Services (setup, customization, Laravel conversion) are professional services and are handled differently:
- If work has not started, you may request cancellation and a refund for the service portion.
- If work has started, refunds may be partial based on work completed and time spent.
- Completed milestones are generally non-refundable.
5. How to request a refund
- Contact us using the website contact form with your order reference and email address.
- Explain the issue and include screenshots or links where possible.
- We’ll review and respond with next steps.
6. Refund method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible. Processing times depend on the payment provider.
7. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we may suspend downloads/support for the associated order. We encourage you to contact us so we can resolve issues quickly.
